RATES & CHARGES POLICY
- Most of our work is done on a contract basis. QLR will give the customer a free estimate on any project they want to pursue, however this does not include trouble shooting.
- Design services are at $95.00/hr.
- Trouble shooting is performed on a Time & Materials basis at $65.00/hr after the first hour. The first hour is at a service call rate of $125.00 which covers the drive time to get to your location. This service call charge is billable upon the beginning of travel to get to the customers location, and also if the reason for initiating the service call ceases to be an issue before we arrive at the customer’s location. If the customer decides to terminate the trouble shooting before the problem is determined the service call is billable for the amount of time spent.
- If the customer prefers it we will work for a strictly Time & Materials basis versus a Contract Basis, although most opt for the contract.
- Any changes to the scope of work on any contract will be performed on a change order basis. These charges will be based on the original contract prices.
